Water Tension Science Experiment
This water tension science experiment is easy to replicate at home and is a way to look at how surface tension works.


All I used in this video was a plate, some water, a sprinkle of pepper and a drop of washing up liquid.

Some questions for you from the video.

Why does the pepper rush to the edges of the plate when we add washing up liquid? Why doesn't the pepper spread back out afterwards?
